Our lead auctioneer, Dave Marsh, is a fixture in SW Montana and has been attending auctions his entire life. Dave’s experience and track record as an auctioneer has him in high demand. Policies & Terms
- Please contact us about our commission rate
- All Auction Staff is compensated by SWMA and does not affect your take
- SWMA is responsible for setup and take down of auction
- Transportation of goods to auction site can be arranged
- SWMA is responsible for creation, delivery and posting of hand bills (printing costs not included)
- Cost of Advertising, Porta Potties, and Printing of hand bills will be deducted from the gross before commission is calculated
Method of Payments we accept are cash or approved bankable check. Items must be paid for before removal from auction site. Items for sale are sold as is / where is although auctioneer will describe in a concientious manner obvious defects if any. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. The auctioneer company and owners(s) make no guarantees or warranties and are not responsible fort accidents or theft.
